Bob’s Party Bus provides a unique way to tour downtown charlotte. Bob’s Party Bus do not sell any beverages. You will need to bring your own beverages before your tour begins. We will provide you with a cooler, ice, water, great music and a hostess that will assist with any needs of the guests.
Bob’s Party Bus is a BYOB (beer or wine only) mobile vehicle that allows it’s guest to bring beer or wine on board. The minimum age to board bob’s party bus is 13 years old. The guest must be accompanied with parents or guardians. Bob’s Party Bus do not have seat belts therefore the minimum age to board is set. All guest must be 21 years old or older to consume alcohol. Identification will be checked upon boarding Bob’s Party Bus.
Bob’s Party Bus meets at 400 e mlk dr blvd (NASCAR hall of fame – buffalo wild wings. Locations will be disclosed via email or phone call 2 days prior to the tour.
Bob’s Party Bus is a fun bus and we ask that you remain seated while the bus is in motion. However, if you stand and dance, it is at your own risk. Our guest assumes all possibility and standing is at your own risk
Bob’s Party Bus will stop halfway through the tour to allow our guest to take a bathroom break.
Bob’s Party Bus discourage inappropriate behavior. If will result in the offending guests being asked by Bob’s Party Bus staff operators to disembark immediately. No refund will be issued to guest requested to leave. Passengers will be responsible for their own transportation from the point of leaving. Inappropriate behavior includes but is not limited to: extreme intoxication, public urination /vomiting, giving alcohol to non-passengers or passengers under 21 years of age, foul language or gestures, excessive noise/screaming, inappropriate behavior toward non-passengers and passengers, or throwing anything off of the bus.
Guests are to bring their issued identification, any beer/wine or non-alcoholic beverages that you like. glass, kegs and hard liquor are not allowed on Bob’s Party Bus. Please be aware that when bringing any items on board Bob’s Party Bus is not responsible for any lost or damaged items. We want everyone to have fun, however, to be in compliance with city ordinance and state laws, there are some things that are not allowed. Inappropriate behavior will result in the offending guests being asked by bob’s party bus drivers or staff to disembark immediately. No refund will be issued to guest(s) requested to leave. Guests will be responsible for their own transportation from the point of leaving. Bob’s Party Bus guests are responsible for leaving Bob’s Party Bus clean when departing each tour. If a guest becomes sick and vomits, there will be a $200 cleaning fee charged to the card that is on file that was used to book the tour. The $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the card that is on file.
While there are no refunds for cancellations, Bob’s Party Bus does allow for rescheduling, however, rescheduling must take place no later than 48-hours before the tour departure time. When rescheduling, the tour may be rescheduled up to one year from the date of originally scheduled tour. Rescheduled tours will be based solely on availability and are not a guarantee.
Bob’s Party Bus will run whether it is rain or shine, we still provide tours. You will want to dress for the weather. in the event that there is severe weather, bob’s party bus will make a decision at the time of the tour. our priority is always the safety of our guests. If we must cancel your tour, we will reschedule your tour or provide a full refund. If your tour is cut short by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a prorated refund. If you are a no-show, there will not be a refund issued. The weather can change in the matter of minutes, and tours can continue, thus being the reason that decisions involving the weather are made at the time of the tour. We also ask that you keep in mind that these decisions are made by Bob’s Party Bus drivers and host and are final.
The downtown charlotte tour is 2 hours. If you do not have an ID, you will not be allowed on board the Bob’s Party Bus. Showing up late may result in being left behind by your group or it will cut your tour short.
Bob’s Party Bus will allow a maximum 24 guest, if you have a large group, please reach out to us so that we can attempt to make arrangements.
Bob’s Party Bus requires all guest to provide identification and sign a liability waiver before boarding.
We will wait 30 minutes for your group to arrive. If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and a refund will not be given. The time that you are not present will cut into your tour time, as we will have to return as scheduled for the next tour group. Please be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure an on-time departure for the tour.
Bob’s Party Bus encourages all guest to tip their host and driver. If Bob’s Party Bus provides a great time and fun time then please be generous. The staff is there to assist you during your tour, ensuring that you have a safe and fun experience with Bob’s Party Bus.
